Uncomplicated Urinary tract infections (cystitis): A 3-G Single dose
Complicated urinary tract infections (complicated cystitis),: A single oral dose of 3 g on day 1,3,5 for a total of 3 dose
Recurrent UTI: 3g every 10days for 3-6 months
Adjustment of the oral 3g dose is not necessary in vulnerable sub populations,including pregnant women,elderly individuals, and patient with impaired renal/liver function
