Description
Nefroact forte is a combination of N acetyl cysteine and & Pyridoxamine Dihydrochloride has a positive effect on increasing eGFR over 6 months, in patients without the presence of any metabolic acidosis. N acetylcysteine is a mucolytic agent and renal protective by its antioxidant effect in CKD patient; it improves renal function and reduces the risk of progressing to end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) treats vitamin B6 deficiency in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and those on dialysis because many patients with CKD develop a vitamin B6 deficiency.
Each film-coated tablet contains:
- N acetylcysteine: 300 mg
- Pyrioxamine Dihydrochloride 75 mg
Retards the CKD progression
Two times a day (BD) or as directed by a physician
Keep in dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 degree, protect from light
