Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone/ubiquinol) is a fat-soluble quinone It is an antioxidant that body produces naturally. Coenzyme Q10 is one of the most significant lipid antioxidants that prevents the generation of free radicals and modifications of proteins, lipids, and DNA.CoQ10 levels have also been found to be lower in people with certain conditions, such as heart disease. It is an effective antioxidant both on its own and in fusion with vitamin E and is fundamental in powering the body’s energy production ATP cycle.
L-carnitine is a vitamin like and modified amino acid that plays an important role in supporting the body’s metabolic activities. L-carnitine helps the body turn fat into energy.
